Currently, we are seeking to hire an Innovation Quality Officer to join our Quality Team in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

Main Responsibilities:

  • An incumbent will report directly to Innovation Quality Manager/Quality Director, and will be responsible for, but not limited, to the below:
  • Planning, organizing, managing and follow up trial among 3 plants according to trial standard
  • Contribute all status of trial items on the weekly/monthly trial meeting effectively
  • Prepare and update trial checklist & trial log in RMS
  • Align trial plan with related parties especially production plan
  • Follow up trial on site
  • Collecting the trial standard appropriately
  • Report any issue to quality innovation manager & quality director if the trial needs to upgrade to be the project.

Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical or related field
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong attitude to go into the details
  • Strong discipline to follow standards
  • Multitasking and multi-skilling capability
  • Good computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (Read, written and spoken)
