Lao Brewery Company Limited (“LBC”) is a leading brewery company in Lao PDR. Beer Lao Company has always been an employer of choice and we are well recognized in our best policy for employees. We employ more than 2,100 people, mainly Lao national. We are currently seeking to recruit an energetic and hardworking person to join in Supply Chain Department with Lao Brewery Company.
• Supplier Management System (audit planning, execution, reporting, follow up, NC database, follow up, Regional Single Point Of Contact) for both Carlsberg and Pepsi suppliers is set, known, in place and continuously improved
• LBC market complaints management system is set, known, in place and continuously improved
• End to End traceability system according to the relevant Carlsberg and Pepsi standards is set, known, in place and continuously improved
• The relevant Carlsberg and Pepsi transportation and warehousing quality standards are set, known, in place and continuously improved (scope all warehouses under LBC control, internal and external, and distributors and wholesalers warehouses)
• The relevant Carlsberg and Pepsi Trade quality standards are set, known, in place and continuously improved
• University scientific background (chemistry, biology, physics, chemical engineering, food science)
• 4 years experience in the Supply Chain of FMCG (Quality Team experience is a plus)
• Lao native speaker and good/excellent English command
• Ability to use all Microsoft Office and reporting timely and accurately
• Good personality, teamwork and leadership skills
• Curious and persistent
