Position Title: National Regulatory Officer (Internal Only)

Location: Vientiane Capital

Lao Brewery Company Limited (“LBC”) is a leading brewery company in Lao PDR. Beer Lao Company has always been an employer of choice and we are well recognized in our best policy for employees. We employ more than 2,100 people, mainly Lao national. We are currently seeking to recruit an energetic and hardworking person to join in Supply Chain Department with Lao Brewery Company. 

Main Responsibilities:

This role will report directly to the Field Sales Manager and will be responsible based on the outlined below:

• Quality specifications life cycle management at Country level

• FDA certificates for all products sold by LBC in the Lao market

• Regulatory compliance of products and production processes at Country level (including EU Regulations)

• Export legislation and relevant QHSE requirements to be embedded into the specifications (example PVC free liners)

• Budget setting E1, E2 and E3 and monthly monitoring at Country level 

Competencies Required:

• University background (chemistry, biology, food science)

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Supply Chain of LBC. Quality Team experience is a plus.

• Lao mother tongue and good command of English, both written and verbal

• Outstanding attention to details

• Ability to use Microsoft Office

• Ability to develop good relationships at all levels and team player

• Ability to deal proactively with external organizations such as Lao Ministries, laboratories, suppliers and Group Regulatory Team
