Position Title: Packaging QC Supervisor (Internal Only)

We employ more than 2,100 people, mainly Lao national. We are currently seeking to recruit an energetic and hardworking person to join in Supply Chain Department with Lao Brewery Company.

Main Responsibility

This role will report directly to the National Sales and Channel Director and will be responsible based on the outlined below:

• Management and development of the technicians in the packaging QC laboratory.

• Follow the safety, quality and hygiene standards of Lao Brewery Company

• Management (calibration etc.) of the laboratory and test equipment

• Testing samples in the laboratory and in the packaging lines of beer and drinking water

• Accuracy and integrity of reporting results.

• Lead and support the implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence work practices

• Develop shopfloor standards for Quality Team and other teams and make sure they are understood and followed.     

Competencies Required

• University scientific background (chemistry, biology, physics, chemical engineering, food science)

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in the brewery, preferable in packaging.

• Lao speaker and good ability in English, written and verbal. 

• Good numeracy skills

• Ability to use all Microsoft Offices

• Good personality, teamwork and leadership skills
