Lao Brewery Co., Ltd has set its own quality standard for water and all raw materials which are used in the production. All imported materials are inspected, examined and compared to the company standard before use.
Every step of the production process has standards for quality control in order to monitor the quality at the various stages. The laboratory use modern and international equipment in the quality control process and follows the EBC's (European Brewery Convention) approved methods.
The inspecting system of quality at Lao Brewery Company is HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). We send our beer products to the Food & Drug Control Department (Ministry of Public Health) for testing the quality. Moreover, we also send our beer products to (CILAS ) Carlsberg Inter Laboratory Analysis Scheme for complete beer analyses to monitor our laboratory's analysis.
