Education Support

One of the flagship initiatives that reflects this strong commitment is the “LBC Building Your Dream” scholarship program, which was first launched in 2010. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the program, which has played a significant role in promoting education and strengthening the sustainable development of Laos’ human resources.

Since its inception, LBC has contributed more than LAK 12.6 billion to support education, creating opportunities for over 3,500 students.

In 2026, the company continues its commitment by granting scholarships totaling more than LAK 1.4 billion to 150 outstanding yet financially disadvantaged students across four universities and four major educational institutions nationwide, including: the National University of Laos, Souphanouvong University, Savannakhet University, Champasak University, Pakse Teacher Training College, Savannakhet Teacher Training College, the National Institute of Fine Arts, and the Lao-German Technical College.

Selected students who meet the program’s academic requirements will receive financial support of LAK 6,600,000 per person per year under the “LBC Building Your Dream” scholarship. The scholarship covers tuition fees, educational materials, and living expenses until the completion of their studies.

Beyond financial assistance, students are also provided with internship opportunities relevant to their fields of study, as well as potential career opportunities with LBC in the future.
